MPC Swish went 2-0 last Saturday in the Mass Premier Courts Home for Easter tournament outlasting the New England Xplosion and New Hampshire Flames, both by double digits. MPC Swish's Kaylin Reen (Norwood) put on a shooting display as she connected on 6 of 7 3-pointers in the first game against the NE Xplosion. Reen also added a few in the second game against the NH Flames. Some of the bombs were from eye-popping distance, something that we should come to expect from Reen, but still amazing to watch in person. Swish forward Jenn Butka (North Quincy) had a hot hand as well, going on a personal 7-0 run against the Xplosion. Butka has provided some great inside-outside play on both ends for the Swish. The beat went on for Tess Sussman (Rivers) and Anna Shaughnessy (Bishop Feehan) as the two moved the ball beautifully between one another and dominated the paint.
