 The Mass Mavericks 6th grade team (coached by Kevin Collins) captured the Springfield Basketbull title this past weekend beating CT Spirit 31-20 in the final. Corinne French (Norfolk) was named the tournament MVP. Mary Callahan (Franklin) was also a major contributor on the weekend.
The Mavericks 9th grade team earned its way to the title game with a nice semifinal win over Team BSB, but lost to the Springfield Lady Ballers, 57-38 in the championship. The Mavericks were led on the weekend by Riley Childs (Medway), Fiona Finn (Rivers) and Val Driscoll (Stoughton).

Only six grade teams have to hold this banner of the champion that is miracle of the collage and for the coach. This miracle was impossible without the efforts and power of the girls to victory with large smile. 8/1/2018 01:00:53 am
This is a miracle that our college win the title of champion the coach was very happy and the six grade teams have to hold this banner. If the girls did not do efforts with her smile this miracle was impossible it is not wrong to say that girls has good role in this victory. Leave a Reply. |
